Applying, processing applications and resident selection
Find basic information about our houses from the apartment list. Once you have completed the housing application and submitted the necessary attachments, we can process your application. The majority of our rental apartments are financed with state Arava or interest-subsidized loans, and this form of financing also determines our selection of tenants. The need for housing is assessed on a case-by-case basis and priority is given to households in greatest need in accordance with Varke’s guidelines. The current housing situation is taken into account in the assessment of need. In addition to this, Hattula-Kiinteistöt Oy also checks the credit information of all applicants. There are always many more applicants than available apartments – it is therefore worth justifying your need for housing carefully and keeping the information in your application up to date. Pets are also welcome.
Fill out the electronic housing application and submit the necessary attachments. Remember to provide your email address.. We will primarily contact you by email if we notice any deficiencies in the attachments or if we have an apartment to offer you.

Application validity, renewal and updating
The application is valid for six (6) months from the date of submission. The applicant will not be notified separately when the application expires. The applicant must take care of renewing the application or updating the information if circumstances change. Remember to also submit a new confirmed tax decision when it is completed.
An expiring application can also be renewed by phone or email.
Housing offer and payment of security deposit
You will receive an apartment offer primarily by email. You can either confirm or reject the apartment offer you have received through this email. Please remember that accepting the offer and paying the rental deposit creates a customer relationship. Read more on the for residents-page.
